Jyväskylä Festival 2022 opens with a joint concert of pianist-composer Iiro Rantala and Jyväskylä symphony orchestra. At the core of the concert are two compositions by Rantala: Seven o’clock overture in eight minutes and concerto Joy of life. Rantala is performing as the piano soloist for both pieces. As violin soloist we will see violin artist Minna Pensola, and the concert is led by concertmaster Antti Tikkanen.
